What is the refund policy?
Our goal is for you to be thrilled with your Bug Warden and if for any reason that is not the case, simply email us (see "Contact Us" page) within 30 days of purchase and we will return the full price of your Bug Warden. Buyer pays for return shipping. There is no restocking fee.
Will it fit my patio pet door?
Almost certainly yes. As long as the distance between your patio pet door and your screen door is between 1" - 3". If this gap is less than 1", please contact us for instructions. If the gap is more than 3", please see contact us for the uncommon scenario of having an extra large gap. The Bug Warden will accommodate any height with the standard height for 81" or less and the tall height for 101" or less. Cut to height with scissors
Why don't you sell on Amazon?
Amazon would collect an additional $9.54 fee for every Bug Warden sold on their site and it is our understanding that our customers would rather not pay an additional $9.54 fee for the familiarity of purchasing on Amazon. We would provide you the option of purchasing on either www.bugwarden.com at the lower price or Amazon at a higher price however Amazon does not allow it's sellers to sell for a lower price on their own website. We use Pay Pal highly secure servers for the credit card transations and never see your credit card information.
Can I securely pay with Visa, Mastercard, or Amex?
Yes. OC Innovation utilizes the secure PayPal servers for credit card and PayPal transactions. We never have access to your credit card information.
Is my email address, name, or any other information sold?
No. Absolutely not.
Do you ship to Canada and outside of North America?
If you live outside the USA, please email your address to the email address in the Contact Us page and we will provide you the shipping cost which is significantly higher.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. The Bug Warden is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. OC Innovation Products is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage resulting from use of this product. Warranty applies to the original purchaser only, with proof of sales receipt.
How is it shipped?
The Bug Warden is made of a flexible material that requires a hard cardboard shipping tube that is 42" tall. If we instead rolled it up, the material becomes warped and if we ship an 81" inch long tube, the cost is way too high so we ship it in 2 straight pieces for the 81" and 3 straight pieces for the 101". We offer United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS Ground. We do our best to get your Bug Warden to the shipper within 1-2 days after we receive the order (sometimes same day to make you even happier!)
Will it damage my pet door or screen door?
No, as you will see in the video, there is no drilling into the pet door or screen door

Can it be painted?
Although a paint will not adhere, you can use a stain product from a vendor like www.minwax.com (smallest size available). Please test stain on the small extra portion you cut off before applying to the remaining Bug Warden to ensure it works for you.
